Central Test takes the greatest care to assess the psychometric properties of all its assessments regularly. Doing so also ensures that all our assessments comply with bodies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Every assessment is mandatorily assessed against four distinct criteria before publication: Reliability, Validity, Social Desirability and Socio-legal Considerations.
