Campaign sharing

A new feature now allows you to easily share your campaigns via a link or QR code, making candidate registration faster and more seamless.

⚠️ Please note: This is a paid option. You can request activation:

• through your sales contact
• or via Account Management > Contracts > Options > Campaign sharing

How to generate the link

1. From your campaign’s Settings tab, simply check the option “Enable campaign sharing.”
2. The sharing link and QR code will be automatically generated once the campaign is activated.
3. You can access them anytime from the Participants page and share them with your candidates.

What about the candidate experience?

Candidates can join a campaign using the shared link or QR code in just a few steps:

• Click the link or scan the QR code
• Access the invitation page
• Click on “Sign up”
• Enter their email address
• Confirm their registration via the email received

Once confirmed, candidates are automatically redirected to their account and can access their assessment invitations.
