New campaign features: notes and test completion tracking

Notes on Insight

Campaign evaluators can now leave a comment about a participant directly from that participant’s profile within the campaign.

How to do it?

  • Go to the campaign participants list.
  • Click on the participant’s name to open their profile.
  • Open the Insight tab.
  • Click on the new comments icon.

A popup will open allowing you to view and add comments.

  • Enter your comment in the dedicated field.
  • Click Send to save your comment.

Once sent :

  • the comment is saved immediately;
  • it becomes visible to other evaluators in the discussion thread.

From this popup, you can also:

  • view comments already left by your colleagues;
  • edit or delete your comment.

How it works

  • Comments are linked to a specific campaign.
    → The same participant can therefore have different comments depending on the campaign they are part of.
  • An evaluator can leave one comment per participant per campaign.
    → This comment can be edited or deleted at any time.
  • If another evaluator has added a comment, a notification showing the number of unread comments appears when you open the participant’s profile.

Campaign Draft Saving

When creating a campaign, you can now save it as a draft without activating it immediately.

How to do it?

  • Fill in the campaign creation form as usual. In the final step, click on the new Save button.
  • The campaign will then be saved as a draft and will not be activated.

A campaign saved as a draft can be activated at any time:

  1. by editing the campaign and activating it;
  2. or directly via the activation button available in the interface.

Display of the Percentage of Participants Who Completed the Tests

A new statistic is now available in the campaign participants list. This percentage indicates how many participants have completed all the tests that were sent to them.
