Our framework is enriched with 58 new job profiles, for more precise and varied matches between candidates’ competencies and the positions to fill.
New competency
Adaptation to change
The Predictive Model integrates a new competency that identifies employees and candidates able to adapt to change and adjust their behaviour according to the situations and people they encounter. The models for job profiles already included in our framework have been adjusted to incorporate it and ensure even more precise matches.
Timeline
Update scheduled for Friday 31 July
- New assessments — from that date, all new assessments will display the new job profiles and the new competency in reports and in the Talent Map.
- Past assessments — assessments completed before this date will also be updated to reflect these changes.
