Currently, an email address is required to create a user or participant account on the platform. We understand that some of your candidates may not have an email address, which can make access to the platform more difficult. However, to ensure data security and remain compliant with GDPR regulations, we currently use email for user authentication.

What can you do in the meantime?
If you have candidates without an email address, a simple solution would be to create temporary email addresses. You can easily generate temporary emails online or create addresses under your company’s domain. This will allow your candidates to access the tests without any issues.

Looking ahead
We are exploring other options, such as authentication via phone number or automatically generated temporary emails by the platform. As soon as these options are available, we will keep you informed!
